
Creative Process: Ivory Soap Product Redesign
Objective: Create a logo, tag line, color scheme, copy, etc. to develop a new identity for Ivory bar soap, which will be showcased through redesigning the product's package and creating an advertisement.
Description: Ivory currently is going for a simple look and abandoned advertising one of their most successful slogans: 99.4/100% pure it floats. I created a product package that returns to focus on the characteristic that makes Ivory likable and familiar, and I modernized the earlier slogan to read "So pure it floats" as a way to help consumers focus on what makes bar soap unique and worthwhile.(Programs Used: Illustrator, used to creat the logo; InDesign, used to creat the layout; Photoshop, used to edit product photos)
